HHS provides users with online access to learn about our educational and training services in the healthcare industry. HHS provides users with online information and access via email, telephone or video services regarding nutrition coaching, bloodwork chemistry analysis, and other health-related training.
NCCAOM Certification
Currently, only the Functional Nutrition Coaching course is NCCAOM certified. All claims regarding certification, accreditation, or professional recognition are specific to individual courses as explicitly stated on the course information page. HHS makes no claims of certification or accreditation for courses where such information is not explicitly stated.

Course and Learning Experience Registrations
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course, webinar, mastermind, or related learning experience at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a paid course or learning experience, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed course shall be applicable to the rescheduled course on a dollar-for-dollar basis only.
In the event HHS elects not to reschedule the canceled course or learning experience, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees already paid. HHS is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any course cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Course dates and availability are subject to change without prior notice. HHS reserves the right to change any instructor for each course or learning experience without notice.
Registration Confirmations
For paid courses and learning experiences, you will receive a confirmation and access information via email within 48 hours of your registration. If you have not received it within this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected].
Travel and Related Expenses
In the event of in-person learning experiences that may be offered in the future, all expenses related to attending any HHS events of any kind are the responsibility of the attendee. This includes, but is not limited to airfare, food and lodging.

Refund Policy for Courses and Paid Learning Experiences
Once paid, registration fees for courses and other paid learning experiences are nonrefundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her participation in a course or learning experience, a transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with HHS in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. A registration is transferable to another individual so long as we receive written authorization from the original buyer requesting the transfer; such transfer will be done by a certificate in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. Sale of course access or credit is not permitted, nor can the fees paid be used to purchase products. Sale or transfer of course access or credits is not permitted.
Refund Policy for Online Courses
A refund for a course purchased through this website is available for one week from date of purchase, or until the login details for the online study platform has been issued to you, whichever comes first.

All prices for courses, webinars, masterminds, and other learning experiences will be clearly listed on the website. HHS reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect users who have already paid for services prior to the price change.
